Risk statement

Onchain rules, Stock Tokens and vaults carry real risk. Read this before you turn a rule on.

Last updated November 8, 2026.

Smart contracts

The Orlo Rules contract, the Orlo market, the Orlo test vault and the faucet are provided as-is and haven't been independently audited. A bug in them, or in a contract they call, could lose or lock funds. Confirmed transactions can't be reversed.

Prices and oracles

Rules run on the price in the Orlo price oracle, which follows Robinhood's mainnet reference bid. That price can be delayed, wrong or unavailable outside market hours, during halts or while a corporate action is processed. A stale price stops a run. A wrong one can trigger a run at a price you didn't expect.

The keeper

The Orlo keeper triggers runs when your condition is met. It can be delayed or offline, so a run can happen later than the moment your condition was first met, or not at all. Pausing a rule won't stop a transaction that has already been sent.

Testnet

Orlo test assets have no cash value. Robinhood Chain testnet can be reset, and Orlo may redeploy its testnet contracts, which clears balances, policies and history.

Stock Tokens on mainnet

  • Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to a US share or ETF, but no legal or beneficial rights in the underlying security.
  • Their price can fall quickly and by a lot. Selling part of a holding means you own less of it, and the rest can still fall.
  • They aren't registered under US securities laws and, per the issuer, aren't offered to US persons. Read the issuer's prospectus and final terms.
  • Sale proceeds aren't interest, dividends or profit, and selling may have tax consequences where you live.

Vaults

The Orlo test vault pays a fixed rate on test USDG. Morpho vaults on mainnet pay a variable rate that can drop to zero, and withdrawals can be delayed when borrowers are using most of a vault's funds. Vaults depend on smart contracts, curators and oracles, any of which can fail.

Orlo is independent software. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, Morpho, or any asset issuer. Stock Tokens and DeFi products carry risk and may not be available in your jurisdiction.
