Terms of use

Last updated November 8, 2026.

1. The service

Orlo is independent software for setting rules on Stock Tokens. It runs on Robinhood Chain testnet, where rules you turn on become policies in the Orlo Rules contract and the Orlo keeper runs them when their condition is met. On mainnet, Orlo reads canonical Stock Tokens and Morpho vaults.

2. Test assets have no value

Orlo test USDG, test Stock Tokens and Orlo test vault shares exist only on testnet. They have no cash value, can't be redeemed for anything, and aren't real securities or stablecoins. Testnet balances can be reset.

3. No investment advice

Nothing in Orlo is investment, legal or tax advice. Example values, defaults and previews explain how a rule works. They aren't recommendations. You decide what your rules do.

4. Use at your own risk

You control your wallet and everything it signs. Orlo never asks for your recovery phrase or private key. Prices, rates and balances come from Robinhood Chain and third-party sources and can be delayed or wrong. Read the risk statement before you turn a rule on.

5. Contracts are provided as-is

The Orlo contracts and the app are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Orlo isn't responsible for losses from contract behavior, keeper timing, market moves, third-party networks, protocols, wallets or data sources.

6. Independence and eligibility

Orlo isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Morpho, or any asset issuer. On mainnet, the issuer states that Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold or delivered in the United States or to US persons. You're responsible for following the rules where you live. See the issuer's Stock Token documentation.

7. Changes

We may change, pause or remove features, and update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Read the privacy notice too.
